I said something about wanting a bike I could ride to the store without worrying about something happening to it. My brother gave me this bike that once belonged to his friend's dad. While it definitely fits the bill for a " beater bike," I must admit that I get a bit nervous riding it. I'm just waiting for the thing to fall apart. Actually, the Columbia is the most under-utilized bike in the fleet--I've only ridden it once.
